I became a celebrant because l went to a lot of bad weddings! You know, the ones where the Celebrant mumbled or wore something outrageous or stuffed up the groom’s name. I was so disappointed that instead of a day about them, the lasting memory was of a bad celebrant. So l became an Awesome Celebrant!

If I had to pick one, it would be sincere, it described you and our ceremony - I literally just took a phone call from a family friend who said that she found the whole thing to be so personal and warm and so "us" - I know that's not a descriptive word. But I don't know how else to put it.
I feel biased as it was my own wedding, but the ceremony was enjoyable and you managed to capture the essence of relationship in your words and your approach.
The funniest feedback I had was from a friend of ours who said "it's the only ceremony I've been to that wasn't boring!" But it was true, people actually enjoyed our ceremony, they enjoyed hearing our story and seeing our relationship and not a whole lot of ritual and filler. I loved it so much!"
