Naming Ceremonies

A Naming Ceremony welcomes your child into the world, and to your circle of family and friends. Often families are looking to express their love and commitment to their new child without the inclusion of religion.
It recognises the child's name and the responsibilities of parents, grandparents and godparents/guardians.
A Naming Ceremony can be completely tailored to the families needs and can include certificates, Guardians, siblings and symbolic traditions.

My service includes:
  • Communicating with you by phone and/or email.
  • Providing you with information about the framework for the ceremony and exploring with you ideas and opportunities to ensure that your ceremony fits with the overall style of your child's naming day celebrations but also provides substance.
  • Preparing and completing all the certificates (parents, godparents, siblings)
  • Creating the first draft of the ceremony and reworking it as we finalise it.
  • Creating and printing the keepsake copy of the ceremony
  • Traveling to and from the ceremony venue
  • Briefing those who are participating in the ceremony
