Getting married is an essential service and despite the current chaos many couples want, need or prefer to get married in 2021.

​Over the last 11 years l have performed 100s of marriage for people who have chosen to 
get married without a wedding.

You see, a wedding is really a celebration of a marriage so some people get married without a wedding, 
have a wedding but don't get married or do both.
Makes sense, right!

There are many reasons people decide to get married. 
According to surveys that Relationships Australia has conducted over a number of years, people choose to get married:

for companionship
to signify a life-long commitment
to provide security for children
to make a public commitment to each other
for legal status and financial security
for religious beliefs.

When you think about it, even with social distancing, isolation and a world-wide pandemic, all of these reasons still exist.
